“My (at the time) fiancé, my mother, and I were visiting the venue next door and accidentally pulled into the Ashley Castle. It took our breath away. I truly didn’t want to go inside because I knew I’d fall in love with it and thought it had to be outside of our budget. My mom convinced me and we were lucky enough to be given a tour right away! As predicted, I fell in love with this venue. It was within our budget and they make the process so easy by providing so many vendors! My fiancé and I moved to another state during the wedding planning, so the fact that the venue is fairly inclusive was a must. The Ashley Castle was so flexible and patient with us and always answered my questions in a timely manner. They kept us on track with planning and clearly know what they are doing. The ladies here are darling, they made us feel so comfortable and were lovely to chat with. Katie dealt with my New York Italian father with grace. The food is delicious. We had three tastings and truly struggled to decide which food to serve, it was all so yummy! Our guests made many comments on how much they enjoyed the food as well. The day of my wedding everything was setup exactly how we wanted, Katie was calm and took good care of us on our day.
